Thank you for purchasing our digital courses and educational products. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and payment disputes carefully before making a transaction.
1. 100% Digital Content, All Sales Are Final
All products, courses, and materials offered on this platform are 100% digital, with instant access and streaming only.

Because you receive immediate access to the intellectual property upon payment verification, we enforce a strict no-refunds policy.

In accordance with regional regulations regarding digital goods and services that cannot be returned, all transactions are final once access is provisioned to your account.
2. Payment Methods & Manual Verification
We accept payments exclusively through InstaPay and Vodafone Cash (VF Cash).

Access to the course is manually or semi-automatically approved only after you provide valid proof of transaction (e.g., reference numbers or transaction screenshots).

Once a transfer is confirmed and course access is granted, the transaction is considered fully executed and non-reversible.
3. Duplicate or Erroneous Transfers
In the rare event that a technical glitch or manual error causes you to accidentally send a duplicate payment for the same course:

Do not open a dispute with your bank or wallet provider.

Contact our billing team immediately at billing@alexandergen.com with your transaction receipts, timestamps, and account details.

Once our team verifies the duplicate transfer in our wallet/account history, we will manually resolve and return the accidental overpayment directly to your original payment method.
4. Zero Tolerance Fraud & “Double Dipping” Policy
We monitor transactions and account usage strictly to protect our platform from fraudulent activity.

Dispute Abuse: If a user completes a course or accesses materials and subsequently initiates a false chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent reversal claim through their bank, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash network, their account will be permanently terminated without notice.

The “Double Refund” Scam: Any attempt to manipulate the manual refund process (such as demanding a wallet transfer while simultaneously filing an official financial dispute to get paid twice) is treated as financial fraud.

Consequences: Fraudulent users will be permanently banned from the platform, lose lifetime access to all purchased materials, and have their identifying details (including email, mobile wallet number, and IP address) blacklisted from all future product launches and partner platforms.
